ACBuy notices on the day we checked, and our own change log
What ACBuy's notice bar said on the day this guide was checked, where buyers talk, and a dated record of what we re-read and when.
What ACBuy's notice bar carried when we checked
ACBuy's estimator and front page carry a Notice bar. On 16 October 2026 it held, among others, three notices relevant to a parcel at the warehouse stage: an “Important Notice on Warehouse Upgrade & Platform Parcel Service Adjustment” dated 24 June 2026, which recommends submitting stored parcels as soon as possible during the upgrade; “The new EU parcel tariff policy” dated 18 June 2026, signed ACB Logistics; and a “UPS line Await Notification” first posted on 21 April 2026.
The EU notice says the operator collects a provisional 3 EUR per HS code category with the shipping cost for shipments from 21 June, and that same HS codes under one tracking number must be declared together. That is the operator's account of an EU rule, quoted here as ACBuy wrote it. No current promotion was running: ACBuy's event list returned no live campaign on the same day.

Where ACBuy buyers compare notes
ACBuy's site code carries two Discord invites, and its coupon article lists r/acbuy on Reddit as its official Reddit community. When we checked on 16 October 2026, one of the two invites opened a server named ACBUY and the other a server named after an unrelated gift shop, so only the first is linked here. Both channels are places where buyers post tracking screenshots, including the kind of exchange-office lines on the export check page. What you read there is one person's parcel, not a rule.
We do not quote member counts or ratings from any channel; the numbers move by the hour and say nothing about how a returned parcel is handled. For that, ACBuy's own articles and a written answer from customer service are the only sources this site relies on. Links: ACBuy Discord and r/acbuy.

Dated entries for this guide
18 October 2026: Added the complete nine-step order guide with the official tutorial images, broadened the homepage for first orders, clarified payment-channel withdrawal restrictions and corrected the ledger so a return notification alone is not treated as a completed refund. Coupon face value is now kept separate from cash totals.
This is the change log. Every entry is a date and what was re-read or changed, so you can judge how fresh a page is. The guide was first published on 16 October 2026 with all quotes read that day. When ACBuy changes an article this site relies on, the page that uses it is updated and the change is logged here, including any ledger verdict that moves from not stated to written.
Prices are logged differently from policy. A new estimator reading replaces the old figures on the page and adds a line here with the date, because a price that changed is not a correction. A policy article that changed is: the old wording is noted alongside the new so you can see what moved.

When each fact is re-read
Facts go stale at different speeds, so each kind has a review interval. Exchange rates and notices are re-read weekly, prices and routes monthly, and the policy articles behind the ledger every quarter, or sooner if a reader tells us something has changed. The dates on each page tell you when its facts were last read.
