ACBuy explained for a first parcel
The agent behind this spreadsheet, described from its own pages: who runs it, how an order moves, where it is strong, where another agent may serve you better.
What is ACBuy
ACBuy is a shopping agent: a company that buys from Chinese marketplaces on your behalf, receives the goods in a warehouse in China, inspects and photographs them, and posts them abroad through third-party carriers. Its own description is a cross-border purchasing company whose international shipping is provided by logistics companies rather than by ACBuy itself.
The Contact Us page names WYMOND LIMITED with an office address in London and warns in brackets that it is not for returned goods; the registration agreement names the laws of the United Kingdom (both read 16 October 2026). The site runs in eight interface languages, English among them, and the help centre is in English only. Customer service hours are 09:00 to 18:00 Beijing time.

A first ACBuy order, with ACBuy's own timings
- Create an account and inspect the available payment methods before adding money. Posting times and withdrawal eligibility depend on the channel; Coinpal and SEPA top-ups are excluded from refunds in the captured payment FAQ.
- Paste a marketplace link into ACBuy's search bar, or use the DIY order form if the details do not fill in.
- Pay for the item and the seller's domestic shipping from the wallet. Orders submitted between 09:00 and 18:00 Beijing time are handled within 6 hours, others by 14:00 the next day.
- Wait for the item to be marked Stored and check the photos. You have 120 hours from that point to ask for a no-reason return, if the seller agrees.
- Submit the parcel, choose a route the screen allows and pay the shipping.
The official nine-step guide with original images continues through packing, tracking and receipt. If anything stops the parcel before it flies, the refund ledger sorts out the money.

Reasons to pick ACBuy for this kind of parcel, and reasons not to
Much of what an agent does is the same everywhere: someone buys the item, a warehouse receives it, a few photos are taken, a carrier moves it. What makes ACBuy worth choosing for some buyers is specific. The captured fee page lists no purchasing service fee for regular platforms; this does not remove conversion, payment, delivery or optional-service costs. The fee structure, the storage rules and, unusually, the handling of a parcel returned by Chinese customs are all written down in its doc centre. Its estimator shows every route and price without an account.
When to use another agent: if you need card fees in advance, ACBuy does not publish them and shows channel costs only at checkout. If you need a help centre in your own language, ACBuy's is English only. If you rely on a specific route or service another agent offers, choose by that, not by brand. Comparing agents on the same item and the same destination, with the estimator open, tells you more than any list.

The other shopping agents beside ACBuy in a catalogue
Superbuy and CSSBuy are examples of other shopping agents you may see beside ACBuy. Marketplace catalogues often show several agent choices, and availability and purchase support can differ between them. Compare the concrete terms: the service fee model, where the warehouse is, how many photos come free, how long storage is free, which routes they sell, and how clearly they write down what happens when something fails.
We do not rank agents, because there is no public data that would make a ranking honest. If you are weighing ACBuy against another agent, take one real item and one destination, price the route in both estimators on the same day, and read each agent's written policy for a parcel returned at export. If a term is missing, ask for a written answer rather than assuming the same coverage.

A four-question test for any shopping agent
Here is how to judge an agent before trusting it with money, and the short test works for any agent, ACBuy included. Can you find the company it operates under, and does the page say what that address is for? Are the service fee, the shipping components and the storage terms written down, with numbers? Is there a written rule for a parcel returned by customs, at export and abroad? Does customer service publish its hours, in a time zone you can convert?
The captured ACBuy pages supply several of those records: WYMOND LIMITED is named, fees are itemised, both kinds of return are described, and hours are given in Beijing time. Where it is vague, as with the refund of separate quote lines after a return, the honest move is to ask before you pay and keep the answer.

ACBuy's position on counterfeit goods
ACBuy's Prohibited Items Statement lists the goods it says are strictly prohibited from entering acbuy, and section XI is “Counterfeit and Pirated Goods”, defined as goods with counterfeit trademarks or the factory names and addresses of others. The same statement says: “You are responsible for ensuring that the products you purchase do not infringe on the legitimate rights of any third party.”
The DIY order page carries a disclaimer to the same effect: the products come from third-party shopping platforms and are not sold by ACBuy, liabilities from any infringement are borne by the sellers on those platforms, and ACBuy will not undertake any relevant, collateral or joint liability. That is the whole of its published position as read on 16 October 2026. This site does not help anyone ship what ACBuy prohibits.

Questions about ACBuy itself
Is ACBuy the same company as the carriers?
No. ACBuy says international shipping is provided by third-party logistics companies.
Where is ACBuy's warehouse?
Huizhou, Guangdong, per the Portuguese version of ACBuy's warehouse article and the tracking example in its help centre (read 16 October 2026). The English version of the article does not name the city.
Can I return goods to the London address?
No. ACBuy's Contact Us page says that address is not a returning address.
