An independent desk, not an ACBuy page
ACBuy Spreadsheet Before Take-off is an independent guide maintained as an editorial resource. It is not operated, reviewed or approved by ACBuy or by WYMOND LIMITED, and nothing here is an official ACBuy statement. When a page says ACBuy writes something, it links to the ACBuy page where it does.
The guide exists because one stretch of an ACBuy order is under-explained: the goods are in the warehouse, the parcel is being submitted or has been paid for, and something stops it before departure. We read everything ACBuy has published about that stretch and organised it around the question buyers ask first, which is what happens to their money.
How the site is paid for
Two kinds of link on this site carry referral tags. Catalogue cards and the search box point to marketplace listings with a tag that identifies this site as the source. Links to ACBuy's front page carry a similar tag. The tags identify a referral source. Actual eligibility, fees and terms are determined by the offer and official checkout; this guide does not promise a referral discount.
Links to ACBuy's doc centre and help centre carry no tag, because they are sources rather than destinations. The guide separates operator statements from editorial checks and gives capture dates for figures. Send a correction when the wording or evidence no longer matches.
Where every fact on these pages comes from
Every ACBuy sentence on this site was read on ACBuy's own pages, in English, on the date shown, and is reproduced with ACBuy's spelling. Prices come from the logged-out estimator on the same day and are marked as dated examples. Where ACBuy's pages contradict each other, as with the number of free photos, we print the version from the page that defines the rule and say that the other exists.
Where ACBuy is silent, we say so and do not fill the gap with another agent's rules or with our own expectations. Third-party figures are used rarely and only with a date; we do not publish ratings, member counts or rankings of any kind.
Sending us a correction
If ACBuy changes an article, or if you have a written answer from ACBuy customer service that settles one of the open questions, please send it to [email protected]. We correct errors on the page and record the change in the change log.
